The 303 S Tubeless Disc Brake wheelset from Zipp offers the modern cyclist the versatility he wants and the speed he craves. Continuing its tradition of conquering spring classics, this 303 wheelset retains its 45mm rim depth ideal for any terrain, but offers a significantly wider inner width to deliver more power and ride quality in almost every measurable way. Road bikes are more versatile than ever, regardless of the road surface, but just as fast as before. The 303 S features an all-new rim profile and design to optimize rider performance on this new kind of bike. This wheelset is tubeless for bikes with disc brakes and allows you to run wide tires at lower pressures to achieve race-ready speeds on or off the pavement. The 303 S is one of our lightest wheelsets, optimized for top aero performance with a 28mm tire, but capable of running gravel tires up to 50mm wide. The 303 S borrows design concepts from the higher-end 303 Firecrest wheelset with tubeless disc brakes to gain speed through increased efficiency. This is achieved through a wheel with reduced: wind resistance, rolling resistance, rider fatigue and weight. The most important innovation lies in the rim design of the 303 S series. The rim depth of 45 mm is the same as its predecessor, the 302 Disc Brake.
