Place the barbell in the Squat Rack before, during and after your workout. The rack comes with two chrome barbell racks that can be adjusted to 7 different heights. From 35.4 to 59.1 inches (90 to 150 cm). Place the barbell at a height that is comfortable for you. This may vary depending on the exercise.

For safety reasons, the rack is angled slightly backward to prevent the barbell from rolling forward. The safety connectors that secure the barbell rack to the rack are an added safety feature. The Squat Rack is made of steel and finished with a black matte powder coat. The front of the rack is chrome plated to prevent damage to the rack.
