Ergonomic design for effective massage
Tunturi's vibrating massage roller consists of 3 movable parts with an ergonomic design. Each part has a round shape and in between there are small "notches". This ensures that the maximum massage force is on the outside of the roller, allowing you to safely center your spine or shoulder blade without putting unnecessary strain on it. The muscle or body part you are massaging fits inside the roller so the entire surface is fully massaged.

How to use the vibration massage roller

The vibration roller has 3 vibration speeds and 1 automatic program that activates the different speeds alternately. The on/off button is located underneath the device, as is the LED indicator. This allows you to easily control the massager:
