Training at a high level
The sand filling at the base ensures that the speedball always stays firmly in place, no matter how hard you hit or kick it. The ball itself is made of polyurethane (PU), a good and strong alternative to leather. The steel bar is adjustable in height, so you can train according to your preferred height.
