Realistic training
Would you like to train your punching and kicking technique in a realistic way? Then train with a Slam Man! With this computer-controlled dummy you train at a challenging level by quickly following the pre-programmed lights. Are you ready for a new level or a new way of training? The dummy has fifteen computer programs and three training levels.

Computer-controlled
The mannequin is equipped with a computer with which you can call up training programs. The lights on the dummy switch on in a specific sequence and show you where to punch or kick. The programs allow you to train alternately and dynamically, and therefore more effectively. You place the dummy on a flat surface, fill the base with water or sand up to 120 kg so that the Slam Man is always firm and stable. Depending on your height, you can adjust the height of the dummy so that you always train at the right height.
