The R90W was developed by Fluid. Rowing with a Fluid Rower sounds, feels and looks like you're on the water, thanks to the high-quality water tank with patented Twin Tank technology. This unique system allows you to easily adjust the water resistance at any time using the rotary knob.

Adjustable fluid resistance
The water tank of the Fluid Rower consists of two separate tanks: an inner tank and an outer tank. The inner tank is the "passive tank" or storage tank, while the outer tank is the "active tank" or resistance tank. If you set a higher resistance with the rotary knob while rowing, the water is transferred from the passive tank to the active tank. As a result, you will feel a higher resistance after a few rowing strokes. If you select a lower resistance, the water is channelled from the active tank back into the passive tank so that you feel less resistance after a few rowing strokes.

The Bluetooth monitor gives you instant insight into all your training parameters such as time, watts, calories, distance and rowing strokes per minute. In addition, the monitor automatically displays the resistance level that you have set using the rotary knob on the rowing machine. You can also connect to training apps such as Fluid Connect, Regatta, Asensei, EXR, Tunturi Routes and Kinomap via Bluetooth.

Thanks to the well thought-out, ergonomic shape and non-slip texture, you sit firmly and comfortably in the seat. For added stability, the seat is mounted on a double rail. The double bearing wheels under the seat glide smoothly over two plastic strips attached to both rails. Each foot sits firmly in place
The footplates are height-adjustable and equipped with two sturdy, separate foot straps that allow you to secure each foot individually. The feet are close together, just like in a real rowing boat. Both foot plates also have a specially developed "scoop" on the underside. Thanks to its design, this heel support adapts perfectly to the heel of your shoe and moves with every rowing movement. This prevents your foot from slipping while rowing.

The strength of the bungee, the elastic band that pulls the belt back, has been optimised so that it does not create any additional resistance, but still gently pulls the belt back into the trainer as soon as you move forwards. This happens in one smooth motion, without the elastic band creating a pulling sensation or the belt 'stuttering' during this movement.

The wood has been sanded and varnished twice to protect it even during the most intensive training. Each threaded hole in the wooden frame is fitted with a metal bushing. This prevents the wood from splintering or the screw from being overtightened during assembly and the rowing trainer from losing stability over time. Every detail of the rowing machine has been optimised for intensive and long-term use.
