Safe boxing training starts with a solid, reliable attachment of the punching bag. Do you have no space to attach the punching bag to the ceiling or is the ceiling unsuitable? Then a wall bracket is the solution! Hang the bracket on the wall using the bolts, screws and plugs supplied and you're ready to go! The suspension point of the punching bag is 75 centimeters from the wall. So plenty of room for the punching bag to move with the punches and kicks you throw.

Calculate the height
At what height should the wall mount be placed? Look at the height of the tallest person who will be using the punching bag and add ten centimeters. The top of the bag should therefore protrude ten centimeters above the head. Add thirty centimetres (the length of the chain) to this and attach the bracket to the wall at the height of the result.
The wall bracket is best mounted on stone or concrete. Do not hang the bracket outdoors, as the weather can affect the quality of the material and the mounting over time.
