Calculate the correct height
Want to know how high a punching bag should hang? It should be ten centimetres above your head. So add 10 centimetres to the height of the tallest person using the punching bag. Now you know how long you need to adjust the punching bag's chain so that you can attach it to the ceiling. It is best to attach the ceiling bracket to a stone or concrete ceiling. Choose the right fasteners for each surface. Bolts, screws and plugs are not included.
