The free-standing boxing pole is the ideal sparring partner for a good workout. The boxing pole has a flexible top that absorbs and cushions kicks and punches so that the joints are not put under too much strain. The base can be filled with water, sand or gravel. As the weight is on the ground, the boxing pole remains firmly in place and does not swing back and forth quickly, even with hard kicks and punches.
