The RW30 was developed by Fluid. Rowing with a Fluid Rower sounds, feels and looks like being on the water, thanks to the high-quality water tank with patented Twin Tank technology. This unique system allows you to easily adjust the water resistance at any time using the rotary knob.

Adjustable liquid resistance
The water tank of the RW30 consists of two separate tanks: an inner and an outer tank. The inner tank is the "passive tank" or storage tank, while the outer tank is the "active tank" or resistance tank. If you set a higher resistance with the rotary knob while rowing, the water is transferred from the passive tank to the active tank. As a result, you will feel more resistance after a few rowing strokes. If you select a lower resistance, the water is channelled from the active tank back into the passive tank so that you feel less resistance after a few rowing strokes.

Bluetooth monitor: real-time insight into your rowing stroke
The Bluetooth monitor gives you instant insight into all your training parameters such as time, watts, calories, distance and rowing strokes per minute. In addition, the monitor automatically displays the resistance level that you have set using the rotary knob on the rowing machine. You can also connect to training apps such as Fluid Connect, Regatta, Asensei, EXR and Kinomap via Bluetooth.

The so-called Power Graph is a unique function of the Fluid Bluetooth monitor. This graph shows your rowing stroke in real time. You can use this information to perfect your rowing technique. The better your technique, the more you can get out of your training! The ideal rowing stroke consists of six steps that result in a smooth, repetitive cyclical movement.

Each foot firmly in place
The footplates are height-adjustable and equipped with two sturdy, separate foot straps that allow you to secure each foot individually. The feet are close together, just like in a real rowing boat.
