Exercising with a land mine
The Tunturi Landmine is a small device for safely performing intensive exercises. All you need is a stack of weight plates that you don't have to attach to a machine. Various exercises can be performed in combination with a barbell, including one-arm presses, T-bar rows, lifts, twists and barbell rows.
