Getstarted quickly with your exercise ball
Step 1: Leave the ball to rest at room temperature for 2 hours. This makes the ball easier to inflate.

Step 2: Inflate the ball to 80%. Leave the ball to rest for 24 hours with the supplied plug.

Step 3: Inflate the ball completely and measure the diameter. Make sure that the ball has the correct diameter as indicated on the ball.

Step 4: Sit on the ball with your knees slightly bent (approx. 90 degrees) and place your feet flat on the floor. Are you sinking in too far? Put air into the ball. Is the ball bouncing too much? Deflate the ball until your sitting position is comfortable and stable.

Step 5: When the ball is fully inflated, push the plug back into the hole and the ball is ready for use.
