Compact and complete training device
The Home Gym has two high pulleys and one low pulley. All pulleys move independently and you can attach different accessories to them. This makes it possible to exercise your arm and leg muscles in different ways. The home gym also has a chin-up bar, a press and barbell racks. The chinning bar or pull-up bar is ideal for pull-ups. Thanks to the wide handle, different hand positions are possible. With the press you can do e.g. horizontal butterflies. The press and the weight bench are equipped with a sturdy foam filling and a vinyl cover. This protects your arms optimally and ensures a comfortable sitting position.

For safety and to avoid overexerting yourself, you can always attach the weights to the barbell racks. The Home Gym is suitable for Olympic and normal barbells. On the sides, the frame offers space for the storage of various weight plates.
