This recumbent ergometer ensures that you do not put additional strain on your back. The height-adjustable comfort seat and comfort back support ensure that you exercise in the right position. This bike is also a good choice for other injuries: the low instep makes it easier to get on and off the bike. The balance pedals with foot straps give your feet the balance they need.

A workout made to measure
With a rotating mass of 9 kg (19.8 lbs), you'll generate a maximum power of 300 watts. Choose from 8 resistance levels or follow one of 3 workout programs. Transport wheels let you work out where you want and move the exercise bike effortlessly. The monitor runs on batteries, so you don't need a power outlet. Convenient, isn't it?

Measure = Knowledge
The Competence F20R's monitor shows you the most important parameters during your workout: Speed, distance, time, cadence and heart rate. The monitor (5.5 inch/14 cm) with its clear display also shows you how many calories you have burned. So you know what effect your workout has. The sensors on the stable handlebar or the wireless heart rate receiver register your heart rate. So you never exceed your limits.

Tablet support
Cycling on a fitness bike is boring? Watch your favorite series or a good movie during your workout. There is a holder for your tablet or smartphone on the top of the monitor.

Adjustable Seat - This recumbent bike ensures that you don't put extra strain on your back. The vertically adjustable comfort seat and comfort backrest ensure that you work out in the right position.

Low step-through - The low step-through is ideal for easy assembly and disassembly.
