Advantages of the four -point chain
A four-point chain distributes the load through the weight of the bag. It also ensures a good distribution of the impact of kicks and blows on the chains and suspension eyes. A four-point chain is therefore safer than a single-point chain, where one chain and one eyelet have to carry everything. The chains also ensure that the punching bag always hangs straight.
The swivel supplied connects the chains to a freely rotating shaft. You can see this clearly when you deliver side blows and the punching bag moves along nicely. The links are extremely sturdy and suitable for punching bags weighing up to fifty kilos.
