Measuring = knowledge
Keep an eye on the most important parameters with the various monitor functions: speed, distance, calories and time. With the integrated heart rate sensors of the Cardio Fit E30, you can track your efforts on the monitor (80 x 50 mm / 3.1 x 2 inches) with its clear display. The ergometer displays the wattage as you train. You know exactly which pedals you are pedalling: You learn to assess and improve the effectiveness of your training. An ergometer also allows you to train constantly with a pre-set resistance.

The E30 exercise bike keeps your body in shape in a pleasant way. Your workout varies according to the 12 programmes. With a rotating mass of 4.5 kg, this exercise bike offers considerable resistance. Choose from different resistance levels depending on your training level.

Ergonomic cycling
Customise this exercise bike to suit your needs: Adjust the Cardio Fit E30 so that you can exercise in the posture that suits you best. Adjust the seat horizontally and vertically. Set the ergonomically shaped handlebars upright to adopt a relaxed posture. Do you prefer a more athletic posture when training? Adjust the handlebars so that they are horizontal and ride in a racing position.

Tablet holder
Watch your favourite series or a good film while you train. The monitor has an upright edge where you can hold your tablet or smartphone. The bike's magnetic flywheel makes hardly any noise and won't distract you. An additional holder makes it possible to place a tablet or mobile phone above the display. The tablet holder ensures that all values remain visible on the display.
