When using boxing gloves, it is always advisable to wear inner gloves. As the name suggests, these are put on under the boxing gloves. Inner gloves ensure that the gloves fit better around the hands and wrists and are therefore particularly firm. They also protect the knuckles, reinforce the palm and protect the more fragile, smaller bones of the hand.

The inner gloves absorb sweat, making your boxing gloves last longer and keep them smelling fresh for longer. The inner gloves are made of cotton and can be washed in the washing machine. Inner gloves are quicker to put on than wrapping your hands with a boxing bandage, as some boxers do.
