The set contains 2 hip belts and 1 strakeband. The hip belts are made of a comfortable padding, so the body is protected. The waist belt is available in one size, this fits everyone. One of the hip belts must be placed around the hips during the workout, after which the resistance band can be attached to the belt. The resistance band can then be attached to the other hip belt or to a fixed point. The resistance band has a black color and gives a strong resistance.
