Speed, power and cadence

All Tacx smart trainers measure speed, power and cadence accurately and reliably. No external sensors are required. However, if you prefer an external sensor, you can easily connect it.

Good riding feeling

Despite its small flywheel, the Flow Smart gives a good riding feel. The 1.6 kg flywheel can emulate an inertia effect of 11.8 kg. This is enough for a realistic driving experience like outdoors.
