SQ-Pad 12R has an adapted shape for the very sporty riding position on the road bike, in which the pelvis rotates strongly forwards. The pad, which is only 4 mm thick at most, initially feels exceptionally firm and of high quality. Unlike many high, soft pads, the pad is not pushed inwards uncomfortably during pedaling and is made for racers in a very sporty riding position.

Fit: The SQ-Short ONE12R is made for competition and has a tight fit. Please note that the hip circumference is decisive for choosing the right size of shorts. Measure horizontally at the widest part of your hips.
