SQ-Lab saddle 610 Infinergy M-D active 2.1 - 17 cm - Exhibition piece

The 610 M-D Infinergy® active is suitable for comfort-orientated mountain bikers and sporty trekking cyclists. The relief of the perineal area is very high at 82%. The popular 610 M-D saddle model is now also available in a version made in Germany. Made from BASF Infinergy® material, it offers every cyclist many advantages in terms of comfort, cushioning and back-friendliness. The Infinergy® material raises comfort to a new level, especially on long off-road tours, thanks to its rapid recovery.

Unlike classic saddles, the cover is not pulled over the entire surface of the saddle. There are only "tapes" at the important points. These are automatically bonded to the Infinergy ® foam without the use of adhesives.

Thanks to the SQlab active saddle technology, the saddle follows the pedalling movement, comfort is increased, the intervertebral discs are mobilised and pressure on the sit bones is minimised. Pain in the lumbar vertebrae, especially on longer tours, can thus be reduced. The timeless design adapts perfectly to any bike.

M-D Line
The M-D Line was developed for maximum relief of sensitive areas and enables pressure to be distributed according to medical criteria. M-D stands for maximised dip and, in combination with the high classic step shape, distributes the body weight on the sit bones.

Made in Germany
The production technology was developed very successfully a few years ago by Oechsler in Ansbach, a major automotive supplier, for a large sporting goods manufacturer. SQlab and Oechsler then jointly optimised this process for saddles. From an ecological point of view, the local sourcing of SQlab "Made in Germany" products not only means that the long transport route is eliminated, but also that production is extremely efficient and subject to strict German guidelines for harmful substances. Local production, quality assurance and durability are crucial for the SQlab project.
