The electronic shifting of the SHIMANO Di2 system facilitates shifting from the large to the small chainring and vice versa and reduces the risk of a chain jumping off. In addition, rear shifting no longer requires re-trimming on the front derailleur to prevent the chain from dragging. In the E-TUBE app, the fully and semi-synchronized shifting functions can be selected.
