Unlimited resistance

The innovative fitness bike from Schwinn works with a wind wheel that produces air resistance. In contrast to electronically adjustable resistance systems, you can freely define your individual and varying resistance without having to press buttons on the display. The principle is simple and very effective. The harder you train, the greater the air resistance generated in the drive wheel.

Sophisticated console

The AD8's well-positioned console contains a total of 9 training programmes (including interval programmes, heart rate-controlled programmes and a fat-burning programme). The various interval programmes can be individually adjusted, both training time and pause time: you can also manually differentiate between aerobic and anaerobic training. An integrated calorie counter gives you good feedback on the training you have completed and the calories you have burnt.
