Reserve uses externally reinforced spoke holes to strengthen the area around the spoke nipple where the rim is most stressed. This provides greater strength without adding unnecessary weight. The redesigned rim bed of the 30|SL facilitates tubeless mounting. The rim bed with staggered spoke holes allows the tire to easily find the right position. Asymmetrical rims front and rear allow stiffer, stronger and more reliable wheels. Equal spoke angles on drive and non-drive sides result in even spoke tension.
