Working out with the MX30 gives you the safe and familiar feel of a fixed dumbbell. The various weights are firmly locked in place and will not slip or wobble. The system always forms a compact unit, regardless of how many weights you select. That's because the MX30 only gets bigger when you add additional weights. So you never have an uncomfortable, half-empty dumbbell in your hand.
