The MX Select Adjustable Weight Bench offers six different positions for the backrest: -5, 0, 30, 45, 60 and 85 degrees. The seat has two positions: 0 degrees and 20 degrees. With an easy-to-use adjustment mechanism, you can quickly and effortlessly adjust the bench to the desired position. This allows you to perform a wide range of exercises - flat, incline and decline - and train every muscle group effectively.
