Kneissl Design JX03 Kids 24" 418Wh Yellow 2023

The Kneissl 24" children's e-bike JX03 with a frame height of 34cm was developed specifically for kids from about 8 and up to about 12 years. Especially if you live or vacation in hilly or even mountainous areas, a children's bike with electric assistance is very useful. Great parent-child experiences are thus pre-programmed, because worthwhile destinations can be reached quite easily. It has been proven that children with e-bikes not only cover longer distances, but also spend more time on the bike.

During the development of the Kneissl JX03 children's e-bike, the first focus was on the selection of the drive motor. Most established motors for adults proved to be unsuitable or of limited suitability, and the choice fell on the AM80 drive from Atala. This small motor has a very good response even with low own power of the child and has a high maximum torque of 80Nm.

A Shimano Altus 9-speed shifting group with good gear spread through the installed 11-36 cassette ensures perfect power transmission. Smooth-running and child-friendly Clarks disc brakes (hydraulic) with 2 x 180mm brake discs are responsible for safe deceleration. The Schwalbe Black Jack tires provide good traction with low rolling resistance.
