The cross bar easily attaches to the top front of the machine. The two multi-grip handles are adjustable in width and each have four different grips so you can always find the perfect position. Angled or straight wide grip, narrow grip, neutral grip, and so on. You can also do hip flexion and abdominal exercises in the hanging position.
