This standard adjustment screw is part of Ironmaster's patented Quick-Lock technology and can be used with the Adjustable Dumbbells or Adjustable Kettlebell. It holds the weight plates securely and weighs 1.1 kg alone. This adjustable screw can hold up to 6 x 2.2 kg weight plates and 1 x 2.5 kg weight plate.
