Using Dumbbells: This longer locking screw is the same part used for the 54.4kg add on kit. If you have the 34kg kit and only want to add weight to one dumbbell, you can use two of these add on screws and load more plates from the other dumbbell.

Kettlebell Usage: You can use this locking screw with the 2.2kg and 1.1kg plates from the standard Quick-Lock dumbbell system to achieve the maximum kettlebell size of 36.3kg. The larger 10.2kg weight plate is not required.

The weight of the item is about 3 lbs, but we recommend to consider it as 2.5 lbs to make the dumbbell weight calculation easier.
