The unique 3D program automatically adapts the degree of hardness to changing slope and speed. At the touch of a button, you can easily choose between pre-programmed settings (beginner, cross-country, competition) or create your own hardness levels - just as if you were running your own individual outdoor course, alternating between asphalt, the woods or the gravel path in the park.
