Fluid Rower Pacific

The compact FDF Pacific Plus FluidRower is a compact device for home use with all the functions for any training program at home.

The Pacific Plus has 4 levels of adjustable fluid resistance. At level 1, the fluid resistance is suitable for beginners, rehabilitation patients or low fitness levels just starting their fitness journey. Select level 4 for high intensity for athletes, interval training (HIIT) or short sprints.

The aluminum seat rail and molded steel frame enclose the adjustable fluid resistance system, making it a very robust piece of equipment.
The Pacific Plus provides silky smooth resistance at any speed or level, with a firm, immediate grip and consistent resistance throughout the move.

The pivoting footplates improve ergonomics for less flexible or less fit users, and the molded and textured seat provides a smooth glide with every pull.
The transport wheels make it easy to move and it is designed to be stored vertically, taking up minimal floor space when not in use.
