Fluid resistance: rowing like on water
Rowing with a Fluid Rower sounds, feels and looks like rowing on water, thanks to the high-quality water tank with patented twin-tank technology. This unique system allows you to easily adjust the water resistance at any time using the rotary knob.

The water tank of the Fluid Rower consists of two separate tanks: an inner tank and an outer tank. The inner tank is the "passive tank" or storage tank, while the outer tank is the "active tank" or resistance tank. If you set a higher resistance with the rotary knob while rowing, the water is transferred from the passive tank to the active tank. As a result, you will feel a higher resistance after a few rowing strokes. If you select a lower resistance, the water is fed from the active tank back into the passive tank so that you feel less resistance after a few rowing strokes.

You can adjust the resistance quickly and easily during training and do not have to determine the amount of water in the tank in advance. The patented Fluid Resistance Twin Tank has been perfected and refined down to the smallest detail: if the water limit is not exceeded, the tank will never run out. Not even if you stand it upright.

Add 100 meters to your training goal at the touch of a button, or adjust the resistance to your desired level using the dial on the water tank. Would you like to train according to your heart rate? Then connect an analog heart rate monitor (sold separately) to the monitor! The Fluid Monitor does not have Bluetooth.
