The most versatile training device: the crosstrainer

Whereas a bicycle, ergometer or treadmill mainly challenges the legs during endurance training, crosstrainers combine a pedal-guided running motion with a simultaneous stress on the upper body. During the leg movement, a flywheel mass is moved whose resistance has to be overcome. The movement is somewhat freer than on a bike, but more limited compared to training on a treadmill. The natural, elliptical motion sequence limits the stride length and guarantees a very joint-friendly workout at any performance level. With the crosstrainer you can train so many important muscle groups in the upper body and legs at the same time. The activation of several muscle groups increases the consumption of calories during your training programme.
By increasing the resistance with the integrated braking system you can increase the difficulty level for each training program. An integrated training computer shows your performance in watts - so you always know what you have achieved and how fit you are!
