With the crank set you get the optimal accessory for your FINNLO MED 3.0, Exum and Varon. The adjustable crank is perfect for your endurance training after operations, injuries or degenerative joint changes. The crank set allows for an adjustment of the pedal arm length of up to 12 steps. The length-adjustable crank has a wide adjustment range of 55-175 mm and is made of corrosion-free stainless steel. The tool-free adjustment guarantees a quick adaptation to the needs.

The ability to bend and extend, which must be present to some degree when exercising on an ergometer, is difficult to implement for many individuals, especially those whose movement is impaired due to injury, surgery, or degenerative joint changes. Standard cranks assume flexion and extension angles of the knee and hip joints between 110° to 120°.

The solution is to adapt the ergometer FINNLO MED 3.0, Exum or Varon to the reduced bending and stretching ability. With the FINNLO by HAMMER crank set you make sure that you can do an efficient endurance training even with reduced knee flexion.
