Square Smart Frame joins our ecosystem of smart bike accessories to transform your training routine and make it more agile, comfortable and technologically advanced.

Square is a smart frame with a high-quality virtual rear derailleur that allows you to customise the controls and adapt them precisely to the shifting systems of the leading manufacturers (Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo) to replicate the components of your bike down to the exact shifting configuration.
You can customise the number of gears and teeth of the cassette sprocket, the number of teeth of each chainring or choose from preset profiles or convenient sequential shifting via the dedicated Square app.

The shifting feel is realistic: simply operate the levers and buttons on the handlebars as you would on your outdoor bike.
The belt drive offers a smooth, even pedalling without noise or vibration: With Square, training sessions reach unbeatable levels of silence.

Square is fully adjustable and offers great adaptability for cyclists of different sizes, with seven adjustment options for saddle height, tilt and forward-backward position, handlebar height and forward-backward position, top tube length and crank arm length.

Featuring a modular design, it offers a bike set-up that is always upgradeable, with infinite configuration and operational options, whether in conjunction with the industry's favourite smart exercise bikes or the most technologically advanced accessories in the Elite Indoor ecosystem.

Virtual shifting and customisable gear ratios

The Elite Smart Frame features a sophisticated virtual shifting system that offers extensive customisation options for gear configuration.

Square allows you to replicate the three main manufacturers Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo with customisable configurations for gears and sprockets to accurately replicate your bike's shifting.

All you need to do is select the desired shifting system in the dedicated Square app the first time you use it to replicate the gear groups of the main manufacturers with 13 customisable presets and adjust the shifting ratios to your liking, including the number of gears and cassette teeth.

Square also offers two modes for preset profiles: for gears and cogs, divided into different training types (flat, uphill, mixed). Alternatively, you can immediately use a practical preset Shimano 12-speed profile (11-30).

In addition, it includes a customisable sequential shifting system with variable resistance levels from 5 to 24 levels.

Finally, operate the lever and button systems on the handlebars in the same way as on your outdoor bike.

Multifunctional handlebars

The Square handlebars feature two mirror-image lever controls that allow training apps to integrate specialised controls such as Zwift Play and offer touchless interaction with the screen on which the training platform is loaded.

The handlebars have the same buttons and levers for shifting and braking found on bikes with Shimano, SRAM or Campagnolo shifting systems, which are positioned in the same place on the Square and have the same function.

Each controller is equipped with 10 buttons:4 buttons to control Zwift or other apps, 1 button to directly control the intensity of the airflow from Aria, Elite's smart fan, when connected; 1 button to activate virtual steering on Zwiftand allow your avatar to move right or left on the track, 2 shift buttons, 1 button for the Campagnolo shifting system and 1 button for braking, activated by the brake lever.

Combinations and pressing of levers and buttons allow additional controls such as longer shifting, switching between manual and simulated mode with Aria or switching from one profile to another.

Fully adjustable from XS to XL

Thanks to its adjustable structure, Square maximises the configuration of your setup and allows you to easily replicate the dimensions of any bike in different sizes and heights, with various adjustable options from XS to XL.

In just a few steps, you can customise Square to fit your bike by adjusting the different areas to the dimensions of your frame to respect your pedalling motion and muscle memory during indoor training.

Square is designed with an architecture that allows precise adjustment in millimetres:

• Saddle height, tilt, forward and backward adjustment
• Height and forward and backward adjustment of the handlebars
• Length of the horizontal tube
• Length of the cranks

All you have to do is read the dimensions indicated on the adjustment ranges, which are marked with millimetre scales, to adapt the frame to your riding needs and the dimensions of your outdoor bike in just a few simple steps.
