Concept2 Dynamic Rower/PM5

Do you want to get close to rowing on the water when training on your rowing machine or improve your speed on the water? Then the Concept2 Dynamic is the machine for you. Unlike the Model D or the Model E, you move the stem board (where you strap your feet). Your upper body stays approximately in one place.

When rowing on the Dynamic, the most important thing is to hit the inversion points (out and back) accurately. The Dynamic proves to be an advantage not only for (water) rowers, but also for coaches. With the help of the Dynamic Link you can connect two Dynamic rowers to simulate the team boat.

Performance Monitor

The Performance Monitor is what sets Concept2 Indoor Rower apart from other similar equipment and each Dynamic Indoor Rower comes equipped with our newest monitor, the PM5. You can accurately measure your performance, monitor your progress, and compare your performance scores with others. While a backlight on the PM5 provides improved readability, its compatibility with USB flash drives makes storing your workout data a breeze. The PM5 also offers wireless heart rate monitoring. Thanks to the adjustable monitor arm, you can position your monitor the way you like it best during your workout.
