• Reliable Workout Data - The powerful Performance Monitor 5 (PM5), which comes standard with every RowErg, reliably provides comparable data for every workout. The PM5 offers a simple "just row" mode or allows you to set up a variety of workouts. The monitor shows you a wide range of data, including pace, watts, stroke rate, and calories, and automatically stores this information either in internal memory or on a USB drive.
• Connected Training - If you're looking for a more intense training experience or a live competition or coaching option, there's an app for that! Our PM5 is an open platform, which means you can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to a variety of apps. With our own app, ErgData, and a variety of third-party apps to provide workout motivation and support, you can add a lot of variety to your workout. You're not locked into a single training experience with the Concept2, but you have our promise that your device's performance and your workout measurement will be reliable no matter what other app you connect. You can also connect heart rate monitors and devices with ANT+.
• Windmill and Air Flap - Our RowErgs use air resistance to respond to your effort level on every stroke, so you have full control over your effort and resistance at all times. The air flap adjustment allows you to easily adjust the airflow to the windmill, so you can change the feel of the stroke to your preference. The windmill design minimizes noise while creating an authentic rowing feel.
