Water is nature's perfect resistance medium. That is why we also rely on this technology for our new rowing machine FLOW ONE. The resistance is very dynamic and adapts immediately to the intensity of your pull. You determine the resistance by your pulling speed. As realistic and natural as possible!

Gentle yet effective

There's another important reason why we use water - the risk of injury and excessive physical stress is minimized because the resistance adjusts to your rowing strength. Thanks to the steady, rhythmic motion, rowing is very gentle on joints, tendons and ligaments.

Powerful training computer

Our rowing machine is operated via a 4.3″ TFT touchscreen. The user interface of the touchscreen is self-explanatory and displays all necessary data clearly arranged. The workout computer stores data from up to 6 users and displays time, distance, time for 500m, number of strokes per minute, calories, watts and pulse. There is also a pace race mode where you race against the computer.
